Ozo Engineer Emmanuel Chijioke Ozoeneh spent his early school years in those same classrooms. He walked back through the gate decades later and found it almost exactly as he left it — only older and more dangerous. He made the pupils a promise, and the Little Hands Big Dreams Foundation was born.
